Fast Fulfillment. Our goal is to ship all in stock orders received before 3:00 p.m. PST on the day we receive them, or the next business day for orders received after 3:00, on weekends, or holidays. We ship some non-wrapped orders directly from our manufacturers, typically 1-3 days after the order is received. We will notify you if an item is backordered or delayed, and you always have the right to cancel or change a delayed order until it ships. Insured Shipments. Best Crystal fully insures every shipment and promptly replaces any broken or defective products. We pack our shipments very carefully and breakage is rare.
More Inventory. We stock more inventory than most independent retailers, which gives us the flexibility to ship from either our west coast warehouse or directly from our manufacturers' east coast and southwest warehouses.
You Don't Pay Until It Ships. We don't charge your credit card until your order ships.
Easy Returns and Exchanges. If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased from us, you may ship it back to us within 60 days of the shipping date for an exchange, in-store credit, or refund of the purchase price minus our outbound freight costs.
