Shipping Policies & Rates

We stock many of the items we sell. When all the items in an order are in our warehouse, we ship the same day the order is received, or the next shipping day if an order is received after our daily shipping pickup, on the weekend or on a holiday. Although Best Crystal has a large inventory, we cannot stock everything we sell. If the item you ordered is not in our warehouse, we may have it shipped directly from the manufacturer so that it will be delivered promptly. Our manufacturers typically ship in-stock items within a few business days of receiving an order.  If we discover that an item you ordered is out of stock at the manufacturer or that shipping your order will be delayed more than a few business days, we will contact you and provide you with the option of changing or canceling your order. We will not charge your credit card until your order ships.

Orders shipped directly from the manufacturer cannot be gift wrapped, but most will still be in the manufacturer's gift box, except for lighting products and some china accessories. On our checkout page, we provide you with three gift wrapping options: No gift wrapping, gift wrap only if in stock or gift wrap even if it takes 10 days or so to receive an item from the manufacturer. If you provide us with a gift message and the gift is shipped directly from the manufacturer, we will mail your gift recipient a gift receipt and your gift card with your message and a notation that a gift is being sent directly from the manufacturer on your behalf.

Shipping times from Best Crystal vary according to the shipping method selected and the shipping distance. When an item is in stock and we ship it from our warehouse in Issaquah, WA, free UPS ground shipping takes 1-3 business days to West Coast locations, 3-4 business days to central locations and a 5-6 business days to East Coast locations. UPS does not count the day an item is shipped, weekends or holidays as shipping days and does not deliver on Saturdays without a surcharge and special arrangements (call us at 1-866-516-0907 if Saturday delivery is needed). Please see our UPS shipping map to estimate shipping times from our warehouse. In some instances, it may be faster to ship an order directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse. Free Ground Shipping!
Best Crystal now provides free UPS Insured Ground Shipping throughout the United States (except for Alaska and Hawaii) for all purchases, regardless of the order amount.

International Shipping
Best Crystal only ships to U.S. addresses and only accepts credit cards issued by U.S. financial institutions. Some customers have us ship to a U.S. address and they ship it to an international address.

Faster Shipping
Best Crystal's rates for faster shipping, and for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, are listed in the tables below. Express shipping is not available for lighting and some other oversized products - these products are marked “ground shipping only.”  Hawaii and Alaska shipments require 2nd Day Air. There is a surcharge for lighting and other oversized shipments to Hawaii and Alaska - please call 1-866-516-0907 for a rate quote.  If Next Day delivery is needed on an Alaska or Hawaii shipment, please call 1-866-516-0907 to check availability and rates. On very rare occasion, large orders have higher express shipping costs and require a shipping surcharge. In such a circumstance, we will contact you and provide you with the option of paying the higher shipping cost, foregoing express shipping or canceling your order.

Please note that UPS does not count the day an item is shipped, weekends or holidays as shipping days and does not deliver on Saturdays without a surcharge and special arrangements (call us at 1-866-516-0907 if Saturday delivery is needed). For example, an item ordered with 3rd Day shipping on Tuesday that shipped on Wednesday would be delivered the following Monday. Since Wednesday (the shipping day) is not counted, nor are Saturday and Sunday, the three shipping days in this example are Thursday, Friday and Monday (the delivery day).
