The Nambe Cheese Block with Knife and Spreader is designed by Neil Cohen and makes a contemporary statement when it goes around the table or graces a buffet. The Nambe Cheese Block is made of warm acacia wood and features lustrous 18/10 stainless-steel inset accents that offer an artistic contrast. Being naturally resinous, acacia will not asborb stains or cheese odors. The Nambe Cheese Block is 15" in diameter and 2.5" high, while the accompanying knife and spreader are 7.5" long by 1.5" wide and made of 18/10 stainless-steel.
