I just wanted to take an opportunity to say how impressed I am with Best Crystal! We placed two orders about a week before Thanksgiving for crystal and china, that we needed for the holiday. I spoke with two different customer service individuals, to make sure the orders would arrive in time. They could not have been more helpful or pleasant, and said they would personally make sure the orders got out the door on time. They arrived as promised, in perfect condition. Thank you for responding and also for filling in my e-mail. I sent my niece the confirmation that I received, with the folks who are giving the gifts, so you do not have to send gift cards to her. That order is being shipped directly to her, whenever it comes. Thanks. I had called the day before and Susan told me the shipment would be delayed, so I told my niece that as well. I ordered the other 6 to be sent to me in Buffalo, and will give those as Christmas gifts. At least I won't have to shop for her at Christmas, and will help her have a dozen glasses! My other niece was married in October, and I sent her Waterford through your company. She was so pleased with the service you gave her, and the items were perfect, so you now have very satisfied customers. I have just started collecting Waterford and I have purchased some items from national retailers, a few pieces off of E-bay and actually one piece off a craigslist. That is until I found Best Crystal and my days of looking around have ended. I believe that I have purchased somewhere around 90 glasses from you folks and have been satisfied with the price, delivery, and service that I have received from your company.

I recently made a call regarding the Waterford China. I received informative information about how to pick out a pattern, a few recommendations based on the crystal pieces that I have and a generally pleasant conversation. I told the woman on the phone that IO wasn’t sure how to pick this stuff out cause I was a guy….she laughed and told me that I have done a pretty good job up to now! Wow, thank you Lisa for the quick response. No problem! I expected this anyway, and am surprised that you had any of the DOFs in stock anyway! I’m from Portland, but live in England now – and for some reason it is still cheaper to buy in the US – even with the recent change in exchange rate – I assume the US division of Waterford fixes their prices to protect the US market from the exchange rate fluctuations. Also, Waterford crystal isn’t as popular here as it is in the US – so there is very little selection here and I believe that the entire Ballyshannon pattern would all be special order with up to 12 months wait if I ordered in the UK. I also have to say that I have always had the best service from your company, always excellent communication, super quick delivery and really the best prices. So thank you for all your help, and fingers x’d this won’t be my last order and they find a buyer! Kind Regards,

I received a phone call the day after I placed the order to inquire if I needed it in time for Christmas because the standard shipping would not guarantee the arrival.
