My crystal arrived sooner than I expected, and it was perfect!!! Thank you, so much for your service. We had been waiting for several months for Waterford to have the flutes in stock. I was surprised when I found them on your website. They are for my daughter’s wedding and I wanted to give them to her at her shower! Now that will be possible. Thank you. Also, I appreciated the call that your customer service did to let me know that one item would be shipped later. As it turned out, they both came at the same time. I am back to sleeping sound thanks to Best Crystal. I had been buying my daughter in law’s Waterford at a local antique / gift shop because I like the person to person connection. When they could not get the gravy boat drip dish I was so sad. They, on their own, searched the Internet and found your site and told me to contact you.

Thank you for thinking of us here in Louisiana. I am just getting back to Baton Rouge. We went to Alexandria to escape the bad weather. We were out of utilities for a day. The office here was roof damaged, and was just fixed over the weekend. We were out of utilities here too. Most of all we are blessed compared to others. We thank you for all of your help. I am glad that we did not deliver to the convention as planned. We have another opportunity coming up and we can and will work together then. I will keep you posted before the time. This will be as soon as all things are confirmed.

I just wanted to thank you so much for the excellent service! I ordered the 12 piece place settings with free soup bowls. When I opened the last box of soup bowls, I saw 2 were broken and sent you a note. You promptly replied you were shipping 2 replacements. After receiving those I washed all the china and was stacking it when I noticed I only had 11 soup bowls. Perhaps the reason 2 broke was that one was missing from that box but I did not realize it initially. I again emailed and received a prompt reply that a replacement was on the way. I appreciate your great service and will spread the word to anyone who is looking for china or crystal.

I recently ordered a product that turned out to be no longer in stock. Your sales person called me and explained the situation. She talked to me like a "person" and not a machine. All of our Waterford Colleen China arrived. It is BEAUTIFUL! We love it. Almost all of it came yesterday and the remaining two mugs came today. That was so very fast. The flatware is due to arrive next week. I am glad I ordered the rim soup bowls and pasta bowls. In case anyone else isn't sure which ones to order (like I was) they should order both. The rim soup bowls are perfect for salads as they are a little more than a plate and just barely a bowl. The pasta bowls are the perfect individual bowl. I am also very glad I went ahead and ordered the platter and serving bowls. They aren't too large and are very nice. I can't wait to use it - but I have to start cooking to do this! It will be worth it.

You were so very helpful and I can't thank you enough for your patience and assistance. All of your help was very much appreciated. You made this a very nice experience. We will certainly contact you for all of our future Waterford purchases. Hopefully, we will add to our Lismore crystal soon. If there is any way to put me in your system and send updates about Waterford specials, Lismore crystal specials and Colleen china specials - please do this.
