Dear Lisa, Thank you and Best Crystal for the beautiful Waterford Silver plated serving pieces we received last week. Anytime anyone asks us, about our Waterford lamps,  we suggest that Best Crystal is the place that they should consider. Start off paying more for Waterford... it becomes an Heirloom within the family which you pass on and would be greatly appreciated. Many other items do not appreciate, with time along with inflation and or hold value. Suggest you may use the heirloom idea, as a value to the purchaser, and to the heir who will inherit Waterford crystal. Thanks again,

Hi!!!  I just have to write to thank you for the wonderful service and  beautiful products you  helped me with. I ordered two Waterford wedding flutes and a Waterford frame as an engagement gift to my niece and her fiancé. They were delivered on time for the engagement party and were packed perfectly - so much so, that I got a call the night they were received to thank me, and tell me they were perfect and were so happy with them. Lisa,  Here's a picture of the Waterford vase you helped me purchase and expedite to Wilmington, NC by last Friday. It arrived in plenty of time for me to take it to the florist.  My wife loved the roses and especially the vase. I surprised her and delivered them first thing this morning to the school where she teaches. She got many, many compliments on the vase and the flowers, too.  Thanks for going the extra mile to help me make this a memorable Valentine's Day for my wife. Dear Best Crystal, I ordered four place settings plus free rim soup bowls of Vera Wang Pink Duchesse china on Sunday, January 30th, order #11760.  This is a gift for a wedding shower in March and I expected delivery in 6-8 weeks but hoped it would be here in time for the shower. Imagine my surprise yesterday when the four place settings arrived! And today the soup bowls arrived!  I am very pleased with your service and will certainly recommend you highly. Sincerely,

I just placed an order with your company by phone, and I am extremely impressed with the person who took my order. I did not get her name, unfortunately, but I hope you can determine who the representative was by looking at my order because I think she deserves quite a bit of praise.  She was one of the most helpful sales representatives that I have dealt with, and she went out of her way to help me find items that were available for immediate shipment. Just wanted to let you know about the wonderful and courteous service I recently received regarding my order.  I had placed a gift order for Christmas that, due to a mix up at UPS, was never delivered.  I called UPS and got no satisfaction.  When I called Best Crystal, the service rep was very empathetic and understanding. More importantly she vowed to resolve the issue immediately.  Within two days of my call a replacement gift was delivered to the proper recipient. I am extremely happy with my experience and the service I received.  Thanks again, and I look forward to doing business with you again in the near future.

Lisa, The Waterford lamp arrived in San Antonio yesterday.  Today we re-packaged it and it is on its way to Ramstein, Germany (via USPS). The lamp is perfect!  Shirley loves it; reluctantly sent it on to our daughter.  Thank you for all your assistance.  Best Crystal did a good job!
